Booking Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  1. All booking/orders are provisional until confirmed in writing with PO Number or Full Payment.
  2. Once you receive our Provisional Booking Form you must confirm by return email. Provisional Bookings will be held for 5 working days and then released for re-sale.
  3. For Non Account Customers or Individual Delegates full payment will be required at time of booking.
  4. Any changes to your confirmed booking/order must be notified in writing. Charges will apply.
  5. Cancellation & Postponement policies are in place and relevant charges apply to all bookings/orders that are cancelled or postponed.   
  6. Incomplete Delegate Information - Can cause delays - please ensure all Delegate Information is provided in writing before the event Start Date.
  7. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights in any documentation prepared by Sibbald Ltd belong to Sibbald Ltd. No part of such documentation may be used or reproduced in any form or by any means without obtaining prior written permission from Sibbald Ltd.

 No Charge /100% Refund

13-9 Working Days

25% Charged / 75% Refund

8-6 Working Days

 50% Charged / 50% Refund

 5 Working Days or Less

 100% Charged / No Refund


Cancellation & Postponement Refunds:
All associated refunds are provided in the form of Voucher Notes for use at a later date.
